For registered students of Eagle Academy Public Charter School, all meals on-site are provided FREE of charge, in accordance with the National Breakfast & Lunch Program, the DC Healthy Schools Act, and the Fruit & Vegetable Program.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

Eagle Academy Public Charter School is currently participating in the District of Columbia’s National School Lunch Program (NSLP), National School Breakfast Program (NSBP) and the At Risk Supper Program. Eagle Academy is also a participant in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Program (FFVP). In addition, Eagle Academy PCS participates in the National School Lunch Program’s Seamless Summer Option (SSO), which provides breakfast and lunch meals during summer school.

Eagle Academy PCS operates under the guidelines of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). As a CEP participant all meals are offered for free to all students.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: Complaint Form     from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
