Eagle Academy Public Charter School is a tuition free public school serving students who reside in the District of Columbia. Proof of DC residency is required if you are seeking exemption from tuition fee(s). If you are not a DC resident, please ask to see the per pupil non-residential allotment form for current tuition rates.
The following is a list of registration requirements for the 2012-2013 school year. Please note the “Deadline” date indicated next to each form. All sections must be completed (Registration Forms, Requested Documentation and Medical Information) and submitted at one time. We will not accept incomplete applications.
After you have provided all required registration documents, all parents must come in to complete their Family Profile Assessment. This assessment is mandatory and required by Eagle Academy PCS.
